THE INNER GAME INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is bringing to the public a whole 5 month program from the legend of coaching Timothy Gallwey, whose methodology is being cited and most coaching directions and coaches are coming from it, and whose books were read and are being read by millions of managers worldwide.
Next program starts in June 2017 in Prague.

THE INNER GAME INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

was founded by Timothy Gallwey, widely considered the father of coaching. The Inner Game International School has opened in Brazil and the Czech Republic with schools in South America (Chile and Argentina) and the USA (California) opening soon. The programs are designed for coaches and managers, who already have some experience with using coaching in their practice.

THE INNER GAME SCHOOL will hold a 9-day training The Inner Game Core Program starting from September 2016 in Prague. The Inner Game Core Program is designed for directors, managers, company owners, internal coaches, life coaches, and sport coaches who want to broaden their experience and skills with the Inner Game method. Those who participate will learn how to apply the tools of Inner Game to both their practice and their lives. We will offer the participants an opportunity to immerse themselves in the Inner Game, leading them through an environment designed for learning and growth unlike any we’ve offered before.

TIMOTHY GALLWEY is the pioneer of the applied psychologies of sports and coaching. He was one of the first to use a non-directive and person-focused approach more than 45 years ago, with huge success. After conquering the sports world, Gallwey moved into the corporate world, working as an a coach of coaches for top companies such as AT&T, IBM, Apple, Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch, Arco, GE, Rolls Royce and many others. He spent much of his youth playing tennis, and achieved a national ranking of 7 in the 15yr old age group; he graduated from Harvard as the captain of the tennis team, taught English at Exeter Academy, and was one of the founders of a future looking college in Michigan.  In 1971 while on sabbatical, he began developing the methods that have made him a legend. The lessons learned from his years of experience and teaching became The Inner Game of Tennis, a book that became a runaway hit and has since been translated into numerous languages and sold over 1 million copies. The Inner Game book series has expanded to include Golf, Skiing, Music, Work, and living free of Stress.

For anyone who wants to gain a more detailed understanding of the Inner Game method and tools, as developed and taught by Timothy Gallwey;

• For leaders, directors and managers of companies who want their business to grow and realize that growing their people is important to that end;

• HR managers who want to take responsibility for the workplace culture and the development of people;

• For experienced corporate coaches, life or sports coaches, experienced consultants and managers who want to learn coaching skills and to earn The Inner Game International School Certification.

 

The Inner Game Practitioner

The whole program is strongly oriented towards applying it into practice and towards the development of the skills of the participants. At the end you will receive an international certificate of attendance from The Inner Game International School. First 38 participants of the program successfully finished their journey in September 2015, first czech program started in October 2016.

This program is accredited by ICF as CCE program. 29 hours Core Competencies and 24 Resource Development.

 

Module 1: The Fundamentals (3 days)

Term: 15. - 17.9. 2016 

The Inner Game is taking place constantly, whether or not you know you’re playing. The interaction between Self 1 interference and Self 2 potential is active in every human endeavor. Even the most successful leaders and athletes have to keep alert to not buy into the voices of fear and doubt that limit excellence in every activity. How do they keep focus in situations of extreme stress? How do they keep from being defeated by their own self-mistrust?   The coach learns to coach non-judgmentally observe their own self-interferences as well as those of the coachee.  It is the fundamentals of The Inner Game, Awareness, Choice, and Trust, which enable both Coach and Coachee to excel.  The Coach learns to trust the coachees even more than they may trust themselves.  This trust relieves them of the imagined responsibility to provide answers or advice and allows the Coachees the confidence that the best answers are within themselves.

 

Module 2: The Tools (2 days)

Term: 25. - 26.10. 2016

The default of most people is to rely on unconscious patterns or habits, instead of making conscious choices.  All the Inner Game tools support the intent to be more conscious in everything you do.  The coach practices these tools and finds how beneficial they are before offering them to the Coachees.  All the tools are simple, but have very powerful results when sincerely applied.  The tools help the users to move from confusion to clarity over and over again.   It is only after using these tools that one realizes how unconscious they had become.   There is a lot of chance for practice both in the classroom and in between classes.  Only when the coaches experience the benefits they bring, are they able to effectively give them to coachees.

 

Module 3: Inner Game Graduation (4 days)

Term: 30.11 - 3.12. 2016 

The Graduation or Certification Module is about 1) gaining a deeper understanding of Inner Game Principals, Methods, Techniques and Tools. and 2) to becoming more and more comfortable that they can bring this understanding in any coaching situation or goal oriented activity.

When both the participant and the Inner Game coaching staff feel the individual can well represent the Inner Game, and have the abilities to facilitate coachees progress, the candidate, after fulfilling classroom requirements and the required supplemental tasks and practices, can apply for official certification as an Inner Game Coach Practitioner (under the condition that participant has at least 100 coaching hours practice). During these four days of intensive interactive learning,  the participants will become aware of the new understanding and skills they have gained through their months of engagement with their own inner game, from  the many open discussions, case studies and simulations, as well as their experience between Modules applying principles, and tools.  Each participant will graduate knowing that Inner Game learning and skill development are ongoing, and that experience is the best teacher as long as the student is ready to learn.

Participation in individual modules can be purchased individually, sequentially from 1 to 3 module.

Requirements for certification in this program: graduation from an accredited professional coaching school, 100 hours of coaching experience, the completion of an application for enrollment into the School along with an e-mail containing your brief professional CV, and at least two client references. If you do not consider The Inner Game Certification, there are no entry conditions.
